Share market update: Most active stocks on D-Street today in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Suzlon Energy(number of shares traded: 3.33 crore), Adani Power(number of shares traded: 2.88 crore), Vodafone Idea(number of shares traded: 2.30 crore), Shree Ren Sug(number of shares traded: 1.91 crore), Zomato Ltd.(number of shares traded: 1.82 crore), Bank of Baroda(number of shares traded: 1.81 crore), JP Power(number of shares traded: 1.39 crore), YES Bank(number of shares traded: 1.31 crore), (number of shares traded: 0.83 crore) and SAIL(number of shares traded: 0.79 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 09:59AM in Thursday's session.

The NSE Nifty index was trading 7.85 points up at 16530.6, while BSE Sensex was up 87.67 points at 55468.84 at the time of writing this report.

In the Nifty index, .(up 2.11 per cent), .(up 1.17 per cent), .(up 1.13 per cent), Cipla Ltd.(up 1.12 per cent) and .(up 0.94 per cent) were among the top gainers.

While .(down 4.22 per cent), .(down 3.14 per cent), .(down 1.98 per cent), .(down 1.83 per cent) and .(down 1.38 per cent) were among the top losers in the index.
