New Hyundai Venue facelift design inspired by all-new Creta: Launch on June 16

Hyundai Motor India has officially teased the facelifted Venue ahead of its launch. Unofficial bookings have already been commenced and its media drive is scheduled to happen in the month of June. It will be the first mid-life update for the subcompact SUV.
The Company says that the new Venue has been crafted to supersede the aspirations of the new age Indian customers, who seek future tech, spacious interiors, comfort, style and safety. It has been encapsulated by the theme – ‘Live the Lit life’. Launch is set to take place on 16th June.

According to the teased images, the design of the 2022 Hyundai Venue has been inspired by the all-new Creta. It gets a new set of bumpers on both ends and the front grille is inspired by its bigger siblings Creta and Tucson. It also gets a new set of LED headlamps with LED DRLs in the front and the rear design is now funkier with the use of a KIA Sonet-like light bar between the taillamps.

The silhouette and the side profile of the SUV will remain unchanged and the Venue gets newly re-designed multi-spoke 16-inch alloy wheels. Other changes include roof-mounted spoiler, functional roof rails and a shark-fin antenna.

Talking about the interior, the layout design is expected to remain the same as the previous generation but Hyundai might tweak the materials inside the cabin to make the cabin feel modern and upmarket. The new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system is one of the major updates inside the cabin. Similar to the previous version, it supports Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and blue-link connectivity.
Hyundai Venue is already loaded up with features such as automatic climate control, air purifier, an electric sunroof, BlueLink connected car tech and TPMS. Other additional features such as a digital instrumental cluster, front ventilated seats, 360 degree parking camera and a newly designed steering wheel are expected to be part of the package.
