CM Yogi Lays Foundation Stone In Ayodhya Ram Temple's Sanctum Sanctorum

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday performed Shilapujan by placing the first stone in the north-west direction of the sanctum sanctorum of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. 

According to the report of Ayodhya Development Authority, the sanctum sanctorum will be 20 feet wide and 20 feet long. Makrana marble will be installed in it. CM Yogi will stay in Ayodhya Dham for about 3 hours.

CM Yogi laid the foundation stone of the sanctum sanctorum, with this it was started by placing carved stones, for this rituals are being done in the temple premises from May 28 onwards.

Yogi Adityanath said that the grand temple of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram will be built in Ayodhya Dham and will become a symbol of the faith of all the Sanatan Hindu devotees of the country and the world, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple will be the national temple of India.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said that the construction work of Ram temple in Ayodhya was started by PM Modi about 2 years ago. The work is progressing successfully and we are fortunate that today the rituals of placing stones in the sanctum sanctorum have started.
