Hatsun Agro Product Ltd(up 4.88%), Zydus Wellness(up 2.28%), Colgate Palmolive(India)(up 1.73%), JHS Svendgaard Laboratories(up 1.64%), Dangee Dums(up 1.53%), P & G Hygiene(up 1.16%), Gillette India(up 1.12%), Nestle India(up 1.11%), Mrs Bectors Food Specialities(up 1.07%) and Bajaj Consumer(up 0.51%) were among the top gainers.
Godrej Consumer Products(down 2.37%), Varun Beverages(down 2.28%), Hind.Foods(down 1.40%), Hindustan Unilever(down 1.40%), Jyothy Labs(down 1.23%), ADF Foods(down 1.08%), Marico(down 0.97%), Vadilal Industries(down 0.94%), Euro India Fresh Foods(down 0.94%) and Dodla Dairy(down 0.69%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 11.6 points down at 16649.8, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 91.62 points at 55834.12 at around 11:15AM.
Mahindra & Mahindra(up 3.65%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 2.92%), Bajaj Auto(up 2.3%), Enterprises(up 2.05%), Coal India(up 1.74%), Power Grid Corporation of India(up 1.73%), JSW Steel(up 1.69%), Tech Mahindra(up 1.41%), NTPC(up 1.39%) and Tata Motors(up 1.29%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(down 3.4%), Titan Company Ltd(down 3.11%), HDFC(down 1.71%), Hindustan Unilever(down 1.37%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(down 1.03%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(down 0.91%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(down 0.89%), Shree Cement(down 0.85%), Infosys(down 0.73%) and UltraTech Cement(down 0.67%) were trading in the red.
