ReutersNEW DELHI: RIL(Rs. 8599.38 crore), Tata Elxsi(Rs. 4748.71 crore), Bharti Airtel(Rs. 3122.24 crore), Adani Green(Rs. 2848.21 crore), Kotak Bank(Rs. 2757.66 crore), JSPL(Rs. 2505.19 crore), Infosys(Rs. 2410.93 crore), Sun Pharma(Rs. 2098.50 crore), Adani Power(Rs. 2081.42 crore) and Maruti Suzuki(Rs. 1988.63 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Tuesday's session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 76.85 points down at 16584.55, while BSE Sensex fell 359.33 points to 55566.41.
In the Nifty index, .(up 5.00 per cent), Mahindra & .(up 3.61 per cent), NTPC Ltd.(up 3.38 per cent), .(up 3.04 per cent) and .(up 2.30 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, .(down 3.12 per cent), .(down 2.96 per cent), .(down 2.56 per cent), .(down 1.77 per cent) and .(down 1.63 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
