Apart from that, Modi announced that a stipend will be provided to those aged between 18 to 23 years. Scholarships were transferred to school-going children during the event, as well as a passbook of PM CARES for Children, and a health card under Ayushman Bharat. Minister of Women and Child AffairsDevelopment, Smriti Irani, was alsopresent for the event.

"India did not become a problem but was a solution-giver during Covid, we sent medicines and vaccines to countries across the globe," PM Modi said on Monday.
"We took vaccines to our citizens; about 200 crore vaccine doses have been administered in the country," he added.
"Coming out of the negative impact of Covid, India has become one of the fastest-growing economies in the world," the PM was quoted as saying by PTI.
