Dorchester Collection Appoints Philip Morris as Vice President - Commercial

(27 May 2022, 11:10 +07)  Dorchester Collection has promoted Philip Morris to the position of Vice President - Commercial, effective immediately.

Philip joined Dorchester Collection as Corporate Director of Revenue Management in 2013 where he was responsible for aligning brand revenue and online strategy. Four years later, he was promoted to Global Commercial Director, with added responsibility for contact centres, digital transformation, and email marketing.

Philip’s newly created role will focus on driving Dorchester Collection’s commercial success through a combination of business development, long-term value creation and driving brand equity.

Reporting to Helen Smith, Chief Customer Experience Officer, this position will also be responsible for strategic business planning, data analytics and performance insights, marketing, revenue management, global sales and distribution.

Prior to joining Dorchester Collection, Philip spent almost 9 years working in different roles with Hilton and close to three years at the Waldorf Astoria New York as Director of Revenue Management.
