Rajasthan: Three sisters, their kids missing from house in Dudu, police launches search operation

Dudu ASP, Dinesh Kumar Sharma said the local police station had received the information on the missing status of three sisters on Wednesday.
JAIPUR: Rajasthan police has intensified a search operation after three sisters and their two kids went missing from their house in Dudu on Wednesday evening.
Dudu police station said three sisters — Kalu, Kamlesh and Mamta married to three brothers — went missing along with two kids from their house on Wednesday night.
Dudu ASP, Dinesh Kumar Sharma said the local police station had received the information on the missing status of three sisters on Wednesday.
“The three sisters were present in their house till 2 pm. One of them had also spoken to her husband at 1pm,” he said. According to police, all three sisters were educated while their husbands were school dropouts. Sharma said the incident took place after one of the three sisters was chided by her husband over talking over the phone too frequently.
Police suspect that some domestic dispute is possibly connected to the incident. “The women left with their two kids, aged four and two years,” said an official.
Dudu police said they were trying to track the movement of the missing women, but nothing conclusive could be found till late evening.
A senior official of Jaipur rural police told TOI that different teams are working under the supervision of senior officials to help locate the five persons as soon as possible.
“It is a sensitive case. All our efforts are focusses on tracking down the persons who went mission from their house,” said an official, adding that one of the three sisters is doing her post-graduation from a university.
