Noida: During a review meeting of the routine immunisation status in Noida, health officials have been asked to prepare a micro plan to improve routine immunisation at block levels.
Auxiliary nurse midwives were also trained for improving routine immunisation. ANMs have been asked to carry 25-50 doses of vaccines to inoculate the beneficiaries at the earliest. A slip, especially made as a record-keeping tool for calling the beneficiaries to the facility, has also been given to boost the coverage of routine immunisation.
The district immunisation officer
Dr Sunil Dohre said, “While the routine immunisation program is running successfully across the district, we will focus more on areas like
Harola,
Baraula and
Hoshiarpur.” TNN
