In Madhya Pradesh’s Patajan village, a case of harassment and beating of a sadhu has come to the fore. A video has gone viral on social media in which the sadhu can be seen being abused by a man.
In the video, it is seen that the hair of the sadhu was also chopped off by the man.
The man who chopped his hair has been identified as Praveen Gaur.
The incident took place on Sunday evening when the sadhu was asking for alms. The reason behind the incident is still unknown to the police.
A case has been registered and the accused is under police custody.
Further investigation is underway.
