AURANGABAD: Two people died, allegedly after consuming spurious liquor, in Bihar’s Aurangabad district on Sunday morning. Sanjay Das, 55, died at Raniganj village on Sunday. His family members said he had consumed alcohol on Saturday night. In the second incident, Pintu Sharma, 30, from Sinduwar village was found dead in his house on Sunday morning. Pintu was a tractor driver and had consumed liquor on Saturday night, his family members said. Kantesh Kumar Mishra, SP of Aurangabad, said they have suspended sub-inspector Sudarshan Chaudhary, in charge of prohibition unit of Madanpur police station, and a village chowkidar, for negligence in this connection.
