Goa reports 4 new Covid cases on Saturday

PANAJI: Goa reported four new Covid-19 cases on Saturday. With this, the number of active cases have risen to 89.
During the day, 10 recoveries from the infection were reported, besides zero deaths and nil hospitalisations.
The case positivity rate was at 0.6% with a total of 576 samples tested. Goa’s positivity rate continues to be higher than the national average reported on Saturday, which was at 0.4%.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, the state has reported over 2.4 lakh Covid-19 cases.
