ABVP protests Indonesian ‘porn star’ gig

NEW DELHI: Chaos prevailed on the campus of Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology in Gorakhpur on Thursday when ABVP staged a protest against acultural event where Indonesian artist Zabylla had performed.
In their complaint to the MMMUT management, the ABVP members have described Zabylla as a “porn artist”. The MMMUT management has, however, defended the decision to invite Zabylla on grounds that she is a pop artist. The ABVP has lodged an FIR against MMMUT officials, while the latter has constituted apanel to probe ABVP’s allegations.
