Timid & docile response won’t do, says Rahul Gandhi

NEW DELHI: Amid reports of China constructing a second bridge at the Pangong Tso, Congress on Friday asked BJP to disregard the concern for the “fake image” of PM Modi and put the truth about fresh Chinese activity in Ladakh before the country.
Rahul Gandhi tweeted, “China builds 1st bridge on Pangong - GOI: We are monitoring the situation. China builds 2nd bridge on Pangong - GOI: We are monitoring the situation. India’s national security & territorial integrity is non-negotiable. A timid & docile response won’t do. The PM must defend the nation.”
AICC spokesman Pawan Khera said MEA is undermining the defence ministry and armed forces by not speaking out against China.
