Wrestler Sangram Singh, who promised his fiancee Payal Rohatgi on Lock Upp that they would be getting married in July, has kept his word. The reality star and sports personality took to social media to announce his wedding plans with his lady love Payal Rohatgi. Sangram shared the news of their marriage by posting a quirky 'save the date' announcement.
Sharing a picture with Payal, Sangram wrote, "Coming this July... Where we get to say the vows!!! And be wedding-bound!❤️ Love Sangram & Payal."
In the image, Payal and Sangram are seen dressed in best of attires and are standing inside a wrestling ring.
Earlier, when Payal was locked inside the reality show Lock Upp, Sangram Singh entered the house with a marriage proposal for Payal. Sangram, who entered the house for the family round, brought with him Payal's mother's video message. After meeting all the contestants and sharing his views on their game, Sangram came to the point and said, "Payal ismein se aadhe ladke waalon ke taraf se aayenge, aur aadhe ladki waalon ke taraf se aayenge....Ye fatafat khatam kar lo, phir hum shaadi karenge. Itni dhakkad, strong, independent aur itni majboot ladki ko bhaiya main chodna nahi chahta.. main iske saath puri zindagi lock in hona chahta hoon..Aap joh kar rahe ho.. jiss hissab se kar rahe ho apne game ko pura enjoy karo."
Sangram had first announcement about the marriage on Twitter and later officially proposed to her in the Lock Upp. The couple has been together for 12 years. Payal recently emerged as the first runner-up of the reality show, Lock Upp hosted by Kangana Ranaut.
