In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, Norwegian Cruise Line has announced the relaunch of its award-winning Norwegian’s Giving Joy recognition program, which will provide educators with free cruises.

The month-long campaign runs from May 2 through June 3 with several teachers from Hawaii already nominated for the contest.

The top three grand prize winners will receive a seven-day cruise for two and up to $25,000 in donations for their school.

Harry Sommer, President and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line said that they are proud to celebrate educators, the unsung heroes of our communities, with their Norwegian’s Giving Joy program.

After receiving more than 46,000 nominations and over one million votes within the first year of this contest, they knew this was a worthy cause that is near and dear to people’s hearts.

Teachers are tenacious, they are inspiring, and more than anything, they are dream makers, he continued.

The contest is live and will be open through June 3, 2022 so, don’t forget to vote and nominate a teacher in your life who’s made an impact.
