Stock market update: Fertilisers stocks down as market falls

NEW DELHI: Fertilisers stocks were trading lower on Thursday at 10:44AM

& Fertilizers(up 4.53%), G S F C(up 1.37%) and National Fertilizer(up 0.19%) were among the top gainers.

KRISHANA(down 9.13%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(down 5.00%), Agro Phos(down 4.91%), Sikko Industries(down 3.11%), & Fertilizers(down 3.08%), Fertilizers (down 2.70%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(down 2.68%), ZUARIAGRO(down 2.48%), Aries Agro(down 1.80%) and Coromandel International(down 1.63%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 304.65 points down at 15935.65, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 1014.57 points at 53193.96 at around 10:44AM.

ITC(up 2.53%) and Eicher Motors(up 0.82%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Tech Mahindra(down 4.06%), Wipro(down 3.95%), Infosys(down 3.75%), HCL Technologies(down 3.59%), IndusInd Bank(down 3.27%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(down 3.25%), Hindalco Industries(down 3.19%), Tata Steel(down 3.15%), Tata Consultancy(down 3.12%) and TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 3.11%) were trading in the red.
