The monarch is celebrating 70 years on the throne with a big palace concert on Saturday, 4 June, that will see some of the biggest stars in the UK – and the world – perform.
A full lineup of the show, which will be broadcast live on BBC One, was announced on Wednesday.
The concert will consist of performances by British artists, including Queen Sir Elton John, George Ezra, and the UK's Eurovision Song Contest entrant for this year, Sam Ryder.
The star-studded show will also welcome artists from the US, including Adam Lambert, Alicia Keys, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Diana Ross.

Per People, Queen and Lambert will open the BBC's Platinum Party At The Palace concert.
Their return to the palace comes 20 years after guitarist Brian May performed God Save The Queen on Buckingham Palace's roof during a show marking the Golden Jubilee.
Of the invitation, May said: "Twenty years after playing the Queen's glorious Golden Jubilee, we're very happy to be invited again … there was a moment when I wondered, 'After Buckingham Palace roof, where can you go?' Well, you will see!"
The event will conclude with a performance by Ross - her first UK live performance in 15 years.
Of her upcoming performance, she said: "I have had the honour of meeting the queen many times throughout my life, including when I was with my family.
"Her Majesty has and continues to be such an incredible inspiration to so many across the world, and I was absolutely delighted to receive an invitation to perform on such a momentous and historic occasion."
Special appearances will also be made by Sir David Attenborough, Emma Raducanu, David Beckham, Stephen Fry, and Dame Julie Andrews.
