Stalin will inaugurate an exhibition on the archaeological findings from Keeladi, Mayiladumparai, Kodumanal and Porunai (Tamirabarani) excavations at
VOC Ground here at 9.30am on Thursday.
The exhibition, organised by the
department of archaeology, will have articles found in the excavations that provide evidence to ancient
Tamil civilization.
Stalin will also inaugurate a photo exhibition on his government’s achievements, organised by the information and publicity department.
The CM will spend 15 minutes at the event, before leaving for the Residency Towers, where he will interact with industry leaders till 12.20pm. At 2.30pm, he will leave for Ooty by road.
According to an official, Stalin will land at the Coimbatore airport on Wednesday night. “The district administration has made all arrangements for the visit. The city and rural police will make elaborate security arrangements.”
