ULHASNAGAR: In a road rage incident, a 22-year-old tempo driver was killed by a 29-year-old motorcylist in
Ulhasnagar on Monday night.

Patadiya used to reside in Nehru chowk in Ulhasnagar 1, while
police said arrested accused Karan Jasuja works and also resides in Ulhasnagar 1.
The incident took place on Monday night when Patadiya along with his friend Aaskah Sanveriya was driving his tempo home.
The police said while driving the tempo, Jasuja who was following him overtook his tempo and stopped his motorcycle ahead of him.
The complainant Sanveriya claimed that the duo was sitting in the tempo when accused came towards him and started manhandling Patadiya, saying, "Do you know how to drive? You broke the number plate of my motorcycle".
Sanveriya in his complaint alleged when Patadiya responded to the accused saying, "When did I dash your number plate?", following which the accused forcefully pulled Patadiya outside the tempo and again started manhandling him, and later pushed him on the road.
Sanveriya later rushed an injured Patadiya to a nearby hospital where he died during treatment.
Prashant Mohite, deputy commissioner of police (zone 4 of Thane police) said, "After our police team learnt about the incident they immediately formed a team, who within five hours of the complaint identified the accused and by tracking him down, arrested him under
murder charges".
Mohite said, "The accused did not have any past criminal record and the crime happened over a petty issue after the deceased's tempo dashed the accused's motorcycle, damaging his number plate".
The police said Jasuja was a graduate but did not have any job.
The police on Tuesday produced him before the Ulhasnagar court which remanded him to police custody.
