Cannes 2022: From Laal Mass to Kalakand, Chef Manu Chandra creates a confluence of Rajasthan and France at the gala dinner
Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur for the Indian contingent walked the red carpet and also hosted a formal dinner for them.
From the famous Pyaz kachori to Laal Maas and Gatte ki Sabzi of Rajasthan to Kadhi and Khichdi of Gujarat, it was a relatable affair for the guests. The dinner also saw Kalakand as the dessert, which left a sweet taste in the mouth of guests.
For the unversed, the red carpet saw 10 Indian celebrities including AR Rahman, R, Madhavan, Nawazuddin Siddique, Tamannaah Bhatia, Shekhar Kapur, Rickey Kej, Prasson Joshi to name a few on the red carpet as a part of the Indian delegation led by the Union Minister.
