Lohardaga admin holds cricket meet

Gumla: Lohardaga, which saw communal violence over a month back, is taking measures to maintain harmony.
The district administration has formed Yuva Sadbhavna Manch comprising youths of different communities to engage them as keepers of peace in their areas.
The administration on Monday organised a friendly cricket match for the members. The week-long event will end on May 22. It was inaugurated by Lohardaga DC Vaghmare Prasad Krishna and SP R Ramkumar.
Krishna said, “The district administration has rolled out Yava Sadbhavna Manch to bring youths of all communities on a single platform so that they can develop a cordial relationship. We will also organise career counselling, job trainings, art and culture activities for the members .”
