Bhubaneswar: The IMD on Tuesday said there is no clear indication about the arrival date of southwest monsoon in Odisha so far. “There is no one-to-one relation of monsoon arrival chances over Kerala and Odisha,” said head of regional IMD centre, H R Biswas. tnn
