Bennett University: The magical world of full stack development

There are tremendous job opportunities in this specialisation; all top MNCs like Google, Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Microsoft, etc need full stack developers, and an entry level person can earn more than Rs 10-20 lakh annually in leading MNCs; an added advantage is that they can also do their job easily from their home premises. Several start-ups are also soaring in this area for which no major infrastructure is needed; skilled persons can start entities with low investments and gain huge profits. The future also holds great promise, given that this job will stay in the market and demand will not reduce in future even with shifts in technology.

Full stack is offered as a specialisation at Bennett University – which is well equipped with all tools/software and hardware –and it aims to make students understand the industry trends for accelerating the processes of design, development, and deployment of products. This follows a problem-based approach and introduces front-end programming tools, frameworks, and libraries along with server-side back-end programming skills.
The specialisation electives available for full stack are Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools: Bootstrap, Front-End Web UI Frameworks, and Tools: React, Mobile App Development with React Native, and Application Development with Cloud Platforms, among many others. The curriculum in full stack courses at Bennett University includes PHP, Java, Django, HTML, CSS, Nodejs, Express, React programming languages, and database knowledge of popular databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
These skill sets will enable students to develop complete web-based solutions with both front-end and back-end programming and database connectivity and be successful in any leading company apart from serving the nation in projects vital to our development. The participating students will not only get good salaries, but will also climb the organisational ladder very fast by acquiring positions of technical architects - which may take a lot of time in other technical domains.
A unique feature at Bennett University is that it not only helps its own students to learn this skill set, but also provides internships to students from other universities to get a hands-on knowledge of the latest skills in this arena. A full stack club formed at Bennett University allows students to exchange ideas and creativity, and a semester-wise workshop is also planned to motivate new entrants and expose them to the exciting world of full stack development.
