PSI receives Best Mentor Trophy

Vadodara: Police sub-inspector Arun Mishra has been awarded Best Mentor (Exercise) Trophy by the state police department.
Gujarat DGP Ashish Bhatia gave the trophy to Mishra who is posted in Vadodara. Mishra said that he regularly sends out fitness-related videos in the police groups.
“The job of police officials is stressful and we work at odd hours. So, it is all the more important for us to be fit. I maintain my fitness by doing regular exercise and taking a balanced diet. I also post fitness related videos in our police WhatsApp groups to motivate other cops,” Mishra said.
“I am very happy to receive the trophy. DGP sir asked me how I motivate others and he encouraged me to keep posting fitness videos,” Mishra added.
The PSI joined the police department six years ago. He had also acted in a Hindi serial in the past. Last year, he had donated plasma during the second wave of Covid pandemic.
