ThinkStock PhotosNEW DELHI: Tata Elxsi(Rs. 83.60 crore), HUL(Rs. 78.07 crore), Vodafone Idea(Rs. 74.20 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 66.84 crore), IRB InvIT Fund(Rs. 55.51 crore), ACC(Rs. 53.40 crore), SBI(Rs. 52.14 crore), RIL(Rs. 50.71 crore), Tata Power(Rs. 50.42 crore) and Avenue Supermart(Rs. 41.59 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Monday's session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 60.15 points up at 15842.3, while BSE Sensex rose 180.22 points to 52973.84.
In the Nifty index, .(up 7.62 per cent), .(up 3.92 per cent), .(up 2.84 per cent), .(up 2.65 per cent) and .(up 2.35 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, .(down 2.97 per cent), .(down 2.59 per cent), .(down 2.09 per cent), .(down 1.74 per cent) and .(down 1.55 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
