Fatehgunj police saw a car parked in Navayard and decided to check it. They questioned the car’s driver, Kasim Pathan and asked him to open the vehicle storage compartment and cops found steel pipes with sharp nails and iron pipes in it. Pathan admitted having more such weapons in another vehicle belonging to one Hussain Pathan, parked nearby. The duo told the police that their rival Iqbal Pathan too had kept such weapons and hence they wanted to store weapons for self-defence. tnn
