Punjab: Three booked in rape case in Payal area of Ludhiana

LUDHIANA: Payal police has booked a person and two women in a rape case of a woman. The accused persons belong to same village as that of the victim.
The complainant told cops that she is married in a village in Payal area and is mother of three children. She added that on 14 April the accused woman, who lived in the neighborhood, sent a girl to her home to call her.
The complainant told police that as the woman was pregnant so she went there thinking that she may need some help. She added that when she went inside the room, the two accused women went to other room and the male accused locked the door of the room and raped her.
