Foundation laid to link stadium road with NH

Bhubaneswar: Mayor of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Sulochana Das, and MLA (Bhubaneswar Central) Ananta Narayan Jena, on Friday laid the foundation stone for a road that will connect Kalinga Stadium road with National Highway-16.
The road will pass through Behera Sahi and Radha Krushna Temple. The construction of the road will ease traffic on the main road and shorten the distance between NH-16 and Kalinga stadium. At present, a narrow and serpentine road connects both the places. The road was a long-standing demand of the people, sources said.
