An Indian woman has set a record by summiting two eight-thousanders within two weeks.

Baljeet Kaur from Himachal Pradesh conquered Mt. Kanchenjunga (8,586m) on Thursday.

Earlier, 27-year-old Baljeet Kaur had climbed Mt. Annapurna I (8,091m) on April 28.

Both the peaks are in Nepal. Kanchenjunga is the third highest peak in the world.
