Congress, AAP tug of war over tubewell

Ludhiana: A tug of war has started between Congress councillor Ravinder Kaur Khinda and AAP MLA Daljit Grewal over the inauguration of a tubewell. According to sources, the AAP MLA had first inaugurated a tubewell and then it was again inaugurated by the Congress councillor and her supporters in the presence of ex MLA Sanjay Talwar.
The councillor shared that the tubewell was constructed on the recommendation of ex MLA Talwar. She claimed that they did not want any dispute with MLA Grewal, so they invited him too. “But MLA Grewal started the tubewell and took away the keys,” Khinda claimed.
However, AAP MLA Daljit Grewal said, “I inaugurated it in the morning but then in the afternoon, ex MLA Sanjay Talwar went there and inaugurated the same tubewell with the councillor.”
