Physiotherapy student found dead

Mangaluru: A third-year physiotherapy student from a private college was found hanging in her hostel room on Wednesday. The deceased is Sandra P,21, from Kannur in Kerala. The incident took place between 10 am and 12.15 pm, when three of her roommates were attending class. Preliminary investigation suggests that the girl was suffering from depression. She had allegedly attempted suicide a year ago. The case is being investigated by the Mangaluru South police station.
