- Cidco police book seven for holding rally sans permission

AURANGABAD: Cidco police have booked seven people for holding a vehicle rally on the occasion of birth anniversary of warrior king Maharana Pratap without seeking official permission.
The rally was held in Bajrang Chowk area on Monday evening and witnessed large participation of followers along with their vehicles. Police have invoked sections 37(1) and 37(3) of the Bombay Police Act for violating prohibitory orders.
