Punjab: 15-month-old boy ‘crushed’ by tractor trolley near Khanna

LUDHIANA: A 15-month-old boy died after being "crushed" by a tractor trolley while he was playing near the gate of a brick kiln at Jalajan village near Khanna in Ludhiana district of Punjab.
The deceased was identified as Aniket, son of Pramod Kumar.
Pramod Kumar told police that he belongs to Uttar Prakash and is working at the brick kiln.
He alleged that on Wednesday his son was playing outside the house when a speeding tractor trolley crushed his son.
Police officials said that Pramod’s son died on the spot after which the tractor trolley driver fled the spot.
Police later booked the tractor trolley driver, Gogi, for causing death due to negligence and for rash driving.
