Diversion on Kothariya, Gondal chokdis

Rajkot: The traffic from Kothariya Chokdi to Gondal Chokdi has been diverted as the road will be closed temporarily on account of the construction of an overbridge by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
According to a statement issued by the city traffic police, from May 9, vehicles coming from Aji Dam Chokdi and going towards Gondal will be diverted on the Kothariya Chokdi overbridge service road.
From there they will be routed towards Lothdra road, and Celebration party plot.
The vehicles going towards 150-feet ring road will be diverted towards Maldhari railway crossing.
The district collector also declared some roads as one-way on account of the construction of the overbridge. Vehicles entering Rajkot from Gondal will be diverted towards Jamnagar road from Korat chowk, the release added.
