Biden reiterates concern about other rights after leaked Supreme Court opinion

President Joe Biden on Wednesday repeated his concern about other rights potentially being at risk, as he responded to a reporter's question about the leak of a Supreme Court draft opinion that indicates the justices could overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade abortion-rights ruling. "What are the next things that are going to be attacked?" Biden said following an economic speech on deficit reduction. "Because this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that's existed in American history -- in recent American history." MAGA refers to former President Donald Trump's slogan, Make America Great Again. Biden on Tuesday had suggested that same-sex marriage and birth control could be at risk if Roe is overturned.
