The 370 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs 3,928 crore from the market and total market capitalisation of 370 companies as on May 02, 2022 is Rs 52,182 crore

Shashwat Furnishing Solutions Limited (SFSL) and Global Longlife Hospital & Research Limited (GLHRL) became 371 stand 372nd company, respectively to get listed on BSE SME Platform on May 4th, 2022.
SFSL came out with an initial public offering of 5,58,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 Each for cash at a price of Rs 45 per equity Share, sggregating to Rs 2.51 crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on April 25, 2022.
GLHRL came out with an initial public offering of 35,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 140 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs 49.00 crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on April 25, 2022.
So far, 136 companies have migrated to the main board. The 370 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs 3,928 crore from the market and total market capitalisation of 370 companies as on May 02, 2022 is Rs 52,182 crore. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 61 per cent.
SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on 18th May 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March 2012.
The response since the launch of this platform by BSE has been very positive till date.
