Veggie trader hacked to death

Mysuru: A vegetable trader was brutally hacked to death by an armed gang inside his office in APMC yard on Tuesday evening. He died on the spot.
Additional superintendent of police Shivakumar R said Ravi, 35, was found dead inside the office with a cut wound on his head. “We are trying to identify the accused and the motive behind the crime. Family is being asked about any recent clash or old enmity involving Ravi,” he said.
The assailants are said to have come in two four-wheelers armed with sharp weapons. Three or four of them entered his office around 6.15pm and immediately left the shop, according to the employees. Mysuru south police have registered a case. TNN
