Ten Trinity Square Private Club in London Appoints Alex Tzatzos as Head Chef

(29 April 2022, 12:14 +07)  The Ten Trinity Square Private Club in London has appointed Alex Tzatzos as Head Chef.

Set within one of London’s iconic historical landmarks, the former headquarters of the Port of London Authority, the exclusive private club represents an unique partnership between Reignwood, Château Latour and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Alex's menus will be served within the Ten Trinity Square Private Club and featured in the Gourmet Journey Experience at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square.

“I’m excited to continue to create a fine dining experience here at the Club by incorporating the countries of France, Peru and Japan for a harmonious and creative menu offering," said Chef Alex.

Over the past 15 years, Alex has gained multicultural and international experience having worked in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants.

He joins Ten Trinity Square Private Club from Nobu Old Park Lane, London where he held the position of senior sous chef for three years.

Prior to Nobu Old Park Lane, Alex worked as senior chef de partie at Sushi Samba, Heron Tower and before that in Beach Blanket Babylon, Shoreditch.

His career also includes working as junior sous chef at the Starwood Luxury Collection Resort and as senior chef de partie for the Santa Marina, Arachova in Greece.
