Housing for all under PMAYG has been extended till 2024. Her Budget 2022 speech also mentioned that 80 lakh homes would be completed under the PMAYG and PMAY Urban in FY 2022-23. Rhreporting portal: How to use?
Through the online rhreporting portal that can be accessed on rhreporting.nic.in, applicants can now track their application and check their IAY beneficiary status or the PM Awas Yojana 2021 status. They can also check pmayg.nic.in 2020-21 list for the PMAY list 2020-21 for the urban and rural areas.

Rhreporting: What is PMAY beneficiary list?
The PMAY beneficiary list is a complete list specifying the categories of individuals, based on their income, eligible for the pmayg.nic.in 2020-21 gramin. The different categories under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2021 beneficiary list are:
- Families of Economically Weaker Section (EWS) with income up to Rs 3 lakh are part of the PMAY beneficiary list.
- Scheduled caste and scheduled tribes feature in PMAY beneficiary list
- Families of low-income group (LIG) with income between Rs 3 lakh to Rs 6 lakh feature in PM Awas Yojana beneficiary list.
- Families of middle-income group – 1 (MIG – 1) with income between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 12 lakh and middle-income group – 2 (MIG – 2) with income between Rs 12 lakh and Rs 18 lakh feature in PM Awas Yojana beneficiary list.
The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2021 22 new list that can be accessed using the rhreporting.nic.in is carefully done by the government by using the Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011.
Using the Secc list 2021, a list of pmay beneficiary is made. Then they are segregated on prirority basis. Once done, the PM Awas beneficiary list is sent for verification to the Gram Sabhas. Then a final pmay beneficiary list is made and published which can be accessed using the rhreporting gramin.

Rhreporting: How to download PMAY gramin beneficiary list?
PMAY Gramin is a centre-backed scheme which provides pucca houses with basic amenities to people who do not own a house, whose houses got damaged or who like in a kutcha house. PMAY gramin beneficiary list is the list of beneficiaries of this scheme. For instance, pmayg.nic.in 2020-21 list shows list of beneficiaries in that year frame.
One can check and download the pmayg.nic.in 2020-21gramin list by visiting the official Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana – Gramin website. One can also download the PMAYG nic 2021 22 gramin list following the same below mentioned process.
Step 1: Go to the home page of PMAYG website for using rhreporting tool. Click on ‘Reports’ under Awaassoft to check the PMAYG beneficiary list.
Step 2: Go to Social Audit Reports. Click on Beneficiary details for verification to know more about the IAY beneficiary status.
Step 3: On the subsequent page of rhreporting (rhreporting.nic.in 2021-22 new list), choose the required fields under the Selection Filters. Select the year (2021-22), scheme (Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin), State, District, Block and Panchayat. Enter the captcha. Click on ‘Submit’ to access the list determining PMAY beneficiary.
The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin beneficiaries list will be displayed. In the PM awas yojana beneficiary list on pmay.nic.in 2021-22, you can check the personal details, beneficiary name, name of father/mother, village name, registration number, house allotted to, sanction number, sanctioned amount, installment paid, amount released under PMAYG and house status in the PMAYG list of beneficiaries. Users can download the PMAY beneficiary details in Excel and PDF format.

Rhreporting: PMAY gramin beneficiary list (with registration number)
Applicants of PMAYG get a registration number when applying under PMAY-Rural scheme. PMAYG applicants should use this number to check your name -under rhreporting gramin visit https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/Benificiary.aspx
To check the pmayg.nic.in 2021 new list or pmayg beneficiary list of any other year, enter the registration number for PMAY beneficiary search in rhreporting gramin.
If your registration number is present in that year’s PMAYG list- for eg. PM awas yojana 2021 list, your details will appear on rhreporting gramin.

Rhreporting: PMAY gramin beneficiary list (without registration number)
On rhreporting gramin, one can click on ‘Advanced Search’ to do a PMAY beneficiary search without the registration number on https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/benificiary.aspx. It will redirect the user to a page on the rhreporting.nic.in portal where one has to enter details including the state, district, block and panchayat, scheme name and financial year from the drop-down box. For eg, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list 2021. Also, details like name, BPL number, account number, sanction order and father or husband’s name must be entered on the rhreporting gramin portal to check the PMAYG list.

The PMAYG scheme is a credit-linked subsidy scheme that aims to offer affordable housing to the urban and rural poor in India by 2022. Applicants in the PMAY gramin beneficiary list eligible for the scheme will be given a subsidy on home loan interest rates for building, buying or renovating the home or making any kind of extension. The applicants’ category or and their annual income will determine the amount of subsidy given under the PMAYG scheme.
PMAY Gramin offers a lot of advantages. In a project, a PMAYG beneficiary will be given preference to choose the unit on the ground or lower floors if he is a senior citizen or differently abled citizen. Also, if you are applicants who own a plot of land without any construction are eligible to feature in the PMAY beneficiary list. Odisha demands 1.84 lakh houses under PMAY Gramin
Chief minister Naveen Patnaik has asked center for a sanction of 1.84 lakh houses under PMAYG for Odisha families affected by the cyclone Fani in 2019.
