AIIMS replants amputated left thumb of patient

Bhubaneswar: A team of doctors at AIIMS Bhubaneswar have replanted a completely amputated left thumb after 10 hours of surgical procedure.
The patient, Rabindra Muduli (54), a native of Chandeswar in Khurda district, was doing fine after his discharge.
This is the first time that AIIMS Bhubaneswar has performed such a successful thumb replantation, said an official statement issued by the institute on Monday.TNN
