Election strategist Prashant Kishor's entry into the Congress and playing a key role in it is almost decided, top Congress sources have said. The final contours of his exact role will be decided by Congress chief Sonia Gandhi in consultation with Rahul Gandhi, sources said.
There is, however, a rider: The Special team formed to evaluate his proposal wants Mr Kishor to dissociate from all other political parties and devote himself entirely to the Congress.
