
OnePlus is all set to launch the OnePlus Ace in the market. The live images of the highly-anticipated phone has been leaked online ahead of the launch. OnePlus confirmed yesterday that the OnePlus Ace will hit the Chinese market on April 21. The OnePlus Ace may be sold as the OnePlus 10R in India. The smartphone maker will unveil not one but two phones on April 28 including the OnePlus 10R and the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite.
A Chinese website called My Drivers has shared live images of the OnePlus Ace. The images reveal the same design that has been teased by OnePlus. The phone was spotted in silver and black colour options with a dual-tone texture. OnePlus has done away with the alert slider in the OnePlus Ace. The smartphone has a metal camera module, which houses one large camera sensor and two small cutouts for sensors. The camera module is also home to the LED flashlight.
Now coming to the specifications, previous leaks have suggested that the smartphone will come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED Full-HD+ display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. OnePlus Ace could arrive in three RAM variants including the 6GB, 8GB and 12GB RAM variants. OnePlus Ace house a 4500mAh battery with support for 150W fast charging. There could be another model with a 5,000mAh battery and 80W charge.
In the camera department, OnePlus Ace comes with a triple camera setup on the rear which includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary shooter accompanied by two more sensors. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies. The OnePlus Ace runs Android 12 out of the box.
In India, OnePlus will unveil the OnePlus 10R as well as the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite, which is a watered down version of the previously launched OnePlus Nord CE 2.
