During his visit to Hanuman temple in Delhi's Connaugh Place, BJP leader Kapil Mishra Friday said, "Stones are being pelted on. Ram Bhakts all over the country. There was a time when such attacks only took place during Amarnath yatra. But, today those jihadi attacks that were perpetrated in Kashmir...these attempts are being made in Karauli. Karauli ko Kashmir banane ki koshish ki ja rahi hai, Khargone ko Kashmir banane ki koshish ki ja rhi hai."
Mishra visited the temple to offer prayers on the occassion of Hanuman Jayanti.
He added, "If you pelt stones, then be prepared for your house to be taken down...do not cry when the bulldozer comes."
"Today on Hanuman Janmotsav, in Mumbai, Iftar programme is being conducted in a temple. This is very good that this is being done during Ramzan, but is there any mosque in the country where today Sundarkand Paath or Hanuman chalisa is being done? Real secularism will only be accepted when that happens. Otherwise, what you are doing is jihad, not secularism," Mishra further said.
