IPL 2022, CSK vs RCB Live Score: Suyash Prabhudessai Dismissed, Chennai Super Kings On Top

Suyash Prabhudessai and Shahbaz Ahmed revived Royal Challengers Bangalore innings in the chase of 217 against Chennai Super Kings. The duo put on 60 runs for the fifth wicket but this stand was cut short by Maheesh Theekshana as he dismissed Prabhudessai. RCB had got off to a bad start in their chase of 217 as Maheesh Theekshana removed Faf du Plessis in the third over and then Virat Kohli departed after scoring just 1 run. Anuj Rawat also failed to leave a mark and RCB were three down inside the powerplay. Tio make the matters worse, Glenn Maxwell has also departed and RCB are staring down a heavy defeat. Shivam Dube and Robin Uthappa played knocks of 94 and 88 respectively as Chennai Super Kings scored 216/4 against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 22nd game of IPL 2022 season at Dr DY Patil Sports Academy on Tuesday. RCB had made an early breakthrough as Josh Hazlewood dismissed Ruturaj Gaikwad in the fourth over of the innings. Gaikwad departed after scoring 17. Soon after, Moeen Ali was dismissed via a run-out but after that Uthappa and Dube unleashed an onslaught on the RCB bowlers. Earlier, CSK were asked to bat first by RCB.
