The official Twitter handle of the office of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was hacked late on Friday night. After hacking the Twitter handle of CM Yogi's office, the hackers also changed his DP and tweeted one after the other. Apart from this, hackers tagged hundreds of users.
The hackers also changed the profile photo and bio of the Twitter handle. The hacker wrote @BoredApeYC @YugaLabs in the bio instead of CM Yogi's office. Also made a tweet pin to top. According to the latest information, the Twitter handle has been partially restored. Along with this, the post has also been tweeted.
As soon as Twitter users came to know about it, they tagged the UP Police and complained about it. People tagged CM Yogi Adityanath and UP Police with screenshots. However, after some time the account was restored again.
This is not the first time that such an account has been hacked. Earlier, the Twitter accounts of PM Modi and BJP National President JP Nadda have also been hacked. However, these accounts were recovered shortly after the matter came to light.
