Story highlights
  • The OnePlus 10 could arrive with a Mediatek Dimensity 9000 SoC.
  • This OnePlus phone might be launched as a limited edition.
  • The company could soon launch the OnePlus 10 Ultra model as well.

This year, OnePlus didn't launch a standard version of its flagship series and only announced the Pro version, which is a bit surprising. The company just recently took the wraps off its OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone in India, after initially launching it in the Chinese market. It was believed that the brand won't launch the regular OnePlus 10 model and that it may directly launch the OnePlus 10 Ultra later this year, as per leaks.

If this happens, then this will be the first Ultra model by the company. Coming back to the standard model, a new leak suggests that the company might be working on a standard model, which will not be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chip. Tipster Yogesh Brar suggests that the OnePlus 10 will arrive with a Mediatek Dimensity 9000 SoC.

The cited source even asserted that this one will be launched as a limited edition. While the rest of the details are unknown about the OnePlus 10, the tipster claimed that the OnePlus 10 Ultra will soon be launched. Though, an earlier leak claimed that the device would arrive in September, which is still several months away.

Apart from these two models, OnePlus is also said to be working on other phones. In the coming months, the company is also expected to launch the mid-range OnePlus Nord 2T, which might be a refreshed version of the OnePlus Nord 2. It is said to arrive with a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset, and a 4,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging. Tipster Yogesh Brar suggests that the device will have the same triple rear camera setup and a 32-megapixel front camera.

It will reportedly feature stereo speakers with support for Dolby audio. The tipster claims that the handset will also have an alert slider, similar to the original OnePlus Nord series. It could come with a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen that will run on FHD+ resolution. The leaks have shown that the OnePlus Nord 2T will look similar to the Nord series from the front. The back of the device will feature a dual circle design. The renders show that the first circle will house the primary camera and the second one might have two sensors.

Besides, we could also see the launch of the OnePlus 10R in May. The OnePlus Nord 3 is tipped to arrive in July, whereas the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite could make its debut in April. The latter will be a toned-down version of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 and could be priced at around Rs 20,000.
