PI Industries shares gain 0.34% as Sensex falls

Shares of the PI Industries Ltd. traded at Rs 2901.05 on BSE at 10:45AM (IST) on Thursday, up 0.34 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 2314.6 and a high of Rs 3533.3.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 53.66 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 53.99 per share and 6.41 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 2,922 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:45AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 43959.57 crore and is part of the Pesticides/Agro Chem industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , up 19.77 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 20.43 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 2933.65 and Rs 2871.05.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 46.74 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2021. FII and MF ownership in PI Industries Ltd. stood at 18.88 per cent and 13.61 per cent, respectively.
