LSG vs DC Highlights: Lucknow Super Giants registered their third win on a trot as Quinton de Kock led the team with a brilliant 80 upfront to chase down 150 against the Delhi Capitals at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. The match went to the last over, but Ayush Badoni was firm as he finished it with a six off the fourth ball of Shardul Thakur. Vital contributions were also made by Krunal Pandya with the bat (19 off 14 balls) and Ravi Bishnoi with the ball (2-22 in 4 overs).

South African Quinton de Kock, who scored his first-ever half-century for his new team Lucknow Super Giants was adjudged Player of the Match for this knock of his. In total, he scored 80 off just 52 balls and hit nine fours and two sixes.

The chase was started well by the Lucknow Super Giants as the opening pair of de Kock and skipper KL Rahul added 73 for the first wicket in 9.3 overs before the latter was dismissed playing a nothing shot off Kuldeep Yadav. Later on, de Kock tried to build many partnerships but wasn't successful much other than the one of 36 with Deepak Hooda.

Hooda and Krunal Pandya then added 23 as Lucknow looked in all sorts of trouble with 19 needed off 12 balls and Mustafizyr Rahamn n bowling the 19th over who had till then only given 12 off his first three overs. 

But Krunal hit 14 off the 19th over and only 5 were needed off the last six before Hooda got out to make things interesting. But young Ayush Badoni made sure that Lucknow saw no trouble as he hit a four and a six of the three balls that he faced to finish the game with two balls remaining. With this win, the LSG now moves to second position in the Points Table. 

Earlier in the evening, after being asked to bat first, Delhi were off to a flyer courtesy of a fiery 61 off just 34 balls by Prithvi Shaw, but apart from him, no other Delhi batter got going as they could make only 19 runs in the last three overs and finished at 149-3 in their 20 overs. Ravi Bishnoi picked two-wicket for Lucknow.
