Attack box office collection day 2: RRR, The Kashmir Files overpower John Abraham's actioner

John Abraham's latest actioner Attack continues to sink deeper and this has benefited Vivek Agnihotri's blockbuster The Kashmir Files. Vivek Agnihotri's film has entered its 4th week, but still, it remains the first choice of many moviegoers. Trade analyst Rohit Jaiswal tweeted, "Excellent growth for #TheKashmirFiles on Saturday all India…. Advance for Sunday looks VERY GOOD…. This film will continue to maintain speed like this till 13th…. From 14th April it will be restricted but will still manage to get atleast one show in every big multiplex."

He even added that a major chunk of Attack's showtime will go to RRR Hindi. "From today many shows of #Attack will be transferred to #RRR in Hindi Belt."

Even Taran Adarsh tweeted that Ram Charan-Jr NTR's film is the first choice of film lovers. Sumit Kadel has tweeted about the magnificent Saturday collection of RRR and said, "#RRR ( Hindi) on RAMPAGE MODE-  registers approx 50% growth on its second Saturday compared to yesterday.. Early estimates suggests its Day-9 collection in the range of ₹ 20 cr nett..  OUTSTANDING !!  #RRRMovie."

READ: Attack box office prediction: Trade analysts say John Abraham's film will suffer massively due to RRR, The Kashmir Files

On Thursday, a few expert trade analysts had shared that John's film will have a tough time at the box office. Taran Adarsh said that the film will get a severe blow from Rajamouli's directorial. "RRR will definitely be a strong competitor to Attack. Both the films (RRR and TKF) are going strong, especially RRR. Rajamouli's film has consolidated the lost faith, and it is doing exceptionally well everywhere. The Kashmir Files will enter into its fourth week, so comparatively, the impact will be less... but the film will perform strongly during the weekend." Even Ramesh Bala added, "It will be a tough time for Attack. However, the core audience of John Abraham, who loves mass-action films, will go and watch it. But, the movie will have to face the wrath of RRR."

Attack received mixed critical reception, and even the word-of-mouth isn't glorifying. John's film opened on a dull note by earning Rs 3.51 crores on Friday, and this has benefited The Kashmir Files and RRR massively.
